Arterys is seeking a Clinical Customer Champion. This person will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and creating clinical partnerships with users of Arterys. The ideal candidate will have experience enabling clinicians to use new technology that becomes an indispensable part of their daily workflow and enjoy the fast-paced “up-for-anything” type of environment that is our every day at Arterys. This position is based in the US.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, Clinical Customer Champion stands at the intersection of the brightest engineers and scientists in their field and the most progressive, accomplished clinicians in the world. At Arterys, the Clinical Customer Champions are the key to translating bleeding edge technology into an essential part of everyday clinical workflow. Customer satisfaction is a cornerstone of the success of Arterys and the Clinical Customer Champions are the primary interface to gaining customers’ trust and support. The position will require expert clinical and technical knowledge that will be constantly challenged with the rapid pace of new clinical applications coming to market. The Clinical Customer Champion is a highly-motivated self-starter, passionate about the value of new technologies and a high performing team member.

As the first mover in this space, Arterys has a unique opportunity to establish a strong foothold in the market with the Arterys high performance informatics technology platform. Ideally, you work in healthcare and have a strong background in medical imaging or biomedical engineering, have an adaptable startup mindset and enjoy the fast-paced “up for anything” type of environment that is our every day at Arterys.


  • Drive customer satisfaction by creating compelling, partnerships with clinicians who become Arterys champions
  • Be a product expert, providing high quality training and ongoing support to clinical users of Arterys in ways they recognize and value
  • Use your subject matter expertise to be seen as a valued resource by key clinicians; includes writing white papers, contributing to knowledge of the field and presenting a industry conferences and meetings
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Managers to support strategic clinical initiatives within regions; includes providing highly clinical and technical product demos
  • Work closely with the product management team providing feedback, competitive intelligence and new functionality requests; includes clearly and concisely documenting product issues
  • Coordinate with OEM Partnerships; provide input for post-sales new customer installation, implementation and training

  • B.S. degree in relevant scientific field; a Masters is a strong plus.
  • 5+ years of direct clinical experience with cardiac or oncology applications in medical imaging
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical role developing new standards of care
  • Expert knowledge of clinical uses of MR and CT as well as of scanning protocols, sequences and cardiac workflows
  • Experience working in a clinical setting with or at healthcare institutions; a deep understanding of how clinicians use imagining technologies along with healthcare IT and medical imaging workflow
  • Able to travel approximately 80%, including international travel

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with cardiologists, oncologists, cardio thoracic surgeons and other surgical specialties
